Negative feedback is also important, even if it is something you don’t want to hear. It documents problems your users are experiencing, which gives you an opportunity to correct them. Also, going back to the above example, if your product tutorial or support knowledgebase is constantly criticized as being unhelpful or difficult to use, you risk losing current customers and missing out on new sales if you don’t address the issue.
